Oh the places we'll go...

In the spring of year 2012, two of my good friends and I will be going backpacking in Europe. We are going to be there for a month.....or more. It really just depends on the money situation. I'm hoping for a lottery win so I can stay as long as I want, but otherwise a month or two. I'm very fortunate in the fact that my parents are encouraging my traveling and are happy that I'm pursuing my dreams. Rachel and Kelly's parents are not so keen on it, but they will have to deal with it because this is not a fantasy...we're doing this shit up...hard. Yup. We are going hardcore backpacking, like only one small backpack each. We decided that dresses are the most versatile ( and the cutest), so we are mostly bringing those. We are going to try to do a different country every three days. We will be staying in hostels to save money and meet traveling friends! :) Also, we have decided to eat only one expensive meal per country, so that we can experience the culture but not experience debt. The rest of the time we will be eating fruit and bread. (We are counting on coming back really skinny and cultured!) Our days in writers craft and soon to be commtech, mostly revolve around looking up cheap flights, places to go in Europe, backpacks, hostels, travel trips, and dresses. I'm going to Italy with Scarletto on march break of this year, and am saving up for gelato. I also have another savings jar for pubs in the UK.
